An existing? marketing website for a ??žcollaboration platform“ product is to be improved and expanded. In general, the design of the web site should be preserved but certain improvements are necessary and welcome. The programming of the web site is done using the Joomla content management system. We seek for a coordinator or project manager who delivers the changed website according to new requirements. The project manager will need to instruct a Joomla specialist in the implementation of the requirements. Management will supply you with higher level and sometimes detailed requirements. High level requirements should be broken down by you into detailed solutions. Intermediate web page results need to be presented and amended according to feedback and/or change requests until final result is accepted by management. The text content, graphics and other ? requirements will be either provided by a team member who is familiar with the complete functionality of the collaboration platform or created by you interacting with experts you seek on [url removed, login to view] The current content of the webpage consists of a home page and 6 sub-pages (see attachment). Additional sub-pages are required to depicting additional content. It is an advantage if you are also able to propose design and other improvements to the current look and feel and functionality of the web site.
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
