Site Uptime Monitoring System

Need someone to write a small web based application to monitor 7 web pages for up time.

The app would poll thee 7 sites every 5 minutes or so, and log the results in a database.

The results would then be displayed in a table similar to this:

Code must be in PHP / MySQL.

No need for login management, etc.

You must also write the chron job that pulls the stats.

We will provide you with the page and code-behind to read. You simply tell us if the site is up or not... and perhaps latency times.
