TINY PHP TASKS

Hi,

I have 2 tiny tasks:

Change to my form to accept / track visitors to my website:

I have a working form (php/mysql) here:

It has 3 fields. One email and 2 are radio buttons.

I want the following change done.

1. First ask email only.

2. Check sql database.

3. If the email is already present, get the code "whichpage" and use the header() to redirect go to "whichpage".

4. Else

Ask the remaining 2 questions.

Save the info to mysql (being done now).

FINALLY, add the field "whichpage" as hidden field based on which radio button is used.

You create the array. I will manually fill it up later.

I want the report to also show ALL the dates and pages visited for each email id.
