Wordpress plugin site generator

I'm looking for a freelancer or a company which can deliver me a Wordpress landing site generator, as a plugin. It should not use any of existing scrap algorithms or code which can be identified as duplicate by search engines (like wprobot etc). The plugin should not be sold/used after by anyone else, will be used to generate default websites for customers when they autoinstall wordpress, where they can edit/change the things, so I don't want to get blacklisted. Requirements: 0. Linux/Apache 2/PHP 5/MySQL 5 0. No obfuscated code, no zend guarded or anything like this, clear and nice PHP code. 1. Some basic seo, meta, alts, on pages based on text already generated. 5. Option in the plugin so I can generate another specified X content pages and link them to the rest if I need to after installation 6. The site should look like a normal site. 7. To ask just mysql database, username and password. After that to generate the site with 10-20 pages + frontpage and remove the [login to view URL] 8. To randomize a bit more, it can have some 20-30 random most used plugins, like cloud tags, search, etc whatever you want, and you can chose some of them randomly, random position etc. Can be all installed, and just some random activated/positioned - if I will be pleased with the outcome, I will make a second version too a bit more advanced, because I have enough ideas and another Joomla based too - I can offer if you want a platform for testing, php safe mode off, ftp, ssh, remote mysql. - I'm seeking experienced guys, this is a not a project to learn on.
