Create a WordPress plugin with following feature set: Allows registered users to create support tickets. Administrators can create new tickets on behalf of customers and manage existing tickets. Customers are updated via email throughout the process. Once a ticket is closed, it can be converted to an invoice. The customer is automatically emailed a PDF of the invoice, and can log into their account, view paid and unpaid invoices, open and closed tickets, ect. They can pay invoices online using paypal.
Most of this code is already in existence with plugins like "awesome support", WooCommerce, WP Invoices, and more. My request is to find the best of the open source support ticket, invoicing, and payment/ordering systems and combine them to make a streamlined workflow system from the ticket submission to the payment of the invoices.
Once this is complete we will move on to the iOS app for tracking time and invoicing for tickets via mobile devices.
