Commercial Asset Management would like to build out an online membership database of paid registrants that sign-up on their website.
There are two different types of Registrants:
- Real Estate Agent/Broker
- Service Provider
Depending on what the user will choose, will depend on the type of information we will ask of them on the next following pages.
For the most part, information we would like to capture are (for example):
This is the first part (front-end).
- Contact Info
- First Name
- Middle Initial
- Last Name
- Email address:
- Confirm Email:
- Confirm Password:
- Company/Broker Info
- Company Name:
- Number of offices
- Number of Agents:
- Real Estate Licenses

The back-end (Admin) is straight-forward:
(All of the information capture on the front-end will be saved in the database and can easily be pulled on the Admin side)
After logging in, Admin will be presented a Dashboard. On the Dashboard, such data should display the following:
- Total Number of Registrants
- Total Number of Inactive
- Total Number of Active
- Total Number of Pending Payment
- Total Number of Pending Documents
- Total Number of New Registrants Today
- The Total Number should be clickable. If clicked on, all of the Registrants based on that criteria should display in a table-like format.
One of the key features on the Dashboard should include a search engine.
- Search by Brokers or Vendors
- Search by Zip, Date Range, Name, or Transaction ID
Search queries should display in a table-like list which includes the following columns, which can be sorted as well.
- Registered Date
- Status (Active/inactive, Pending Payment, Pending Documents, etc..)
- Distance (from the main office)
- Name from the list is hyperlink to its profile page.
Profile page should include ALL of the information captured at the time of registration.
It should also include their status (ie. Pending Payment, Active, Inactive, Pending Documents, Pending Approval, and Cancel). This is a pull-down menu where an Admin can change their status.
One of the unique features on the profile page is allowing Admins to Add Payment if payment is pending. They can do this based on Transaction ID.
One unique feature for both Registrants and Admins is uploading of 3 different types of documents necessary to fulfill their status.
- Copy of the Real Estate License
- Copy of the E & O Insurance
- Copy of the Resume
Another unique feature for both Registrants and Admins is the ability to Send Message. An Admin can send message to Registrant and vice-versa. Each message is time-stamped.
Further down should include ALL of the information capture at the time of registration (ie user field info). Will cover at time of hire.
The 3rd part of the project is the Map Agent feature. This allows anyone (public) to access all of the Registrants approved information based on the following search criterias:

When queries are displayed, the name of the Registrant is clickable to their online public profile.
One important note I would like to add as a preferred platform of use. We would like to develop the entire project under the Wordpress framework. The features mentioned above can be built out using plugins. This request is not required but preferred. Another option is the back-end be built using Flex framework. Preferred but not required.
