Need vBulletin mod converting from vB3 to vB4 - PHP / MySQL

I had a mod coded for me a while ago and it doesn't work with vB4, It just needs a little tweaking. The mod is complete but needs new integration as vB4 is coded new from the ground up. The mod is coded in PHP and also uses MySQL to store data. Please PM me if you require any more info. Bare in mind it is a small project so high bids will be ignored. Need this doing today please.
