I have an excel file of 14 million business leads with company name, contact name, address, employee size, etc... and I need a database developed that I can upload the excel file to and filter these results just like this site:

I need to be able to filter the results in the database the same way the site above does.
The search process should be as follows:
1) My sales rep submits a search query
2) The number of results matching their criteria is displayed
3) The rep should see two options to choose from: One to view the leads in their browser, and one to export the leads to an excel spreadsheet
A screenshot of the list I have is attached. I would prefer to be able to upload the .xls to the database myself so I can update the list regularly.
The database will be hosted on our Linux servers.
