Joomla Registration error

I am running a joomla site with community builder installed both are current builds. Whenever an AOL member attempts to register it returns a 403 error. Only on AOL browsers. There must be some conflict that I need resolved. I have posted the problem in every message board and I cant find an answer. Someone did post that there is a security config on my server that can be changed, they figured to stop too long variables. anyway need this fixed.
