I run a small contracting company with heavy emphasis on project management.
We have been using Quickbooks for over a year and have much data and time invested in it.
There are a lot of project management tasks we would like to integrate into Qbooks ranging from adding columns to the customer:job list to not being able to write a check or bill if a vendor's insurance has expired. There are many other items we would like to add as well.
We are NOT interested in leaving Quickbooks! The only other software we would consider is an add on that COMPLETELY integrates with Q-books.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Instruction and ability to further customize Quickbooks.
