I would like a multiple page excel workbook for recording order intake accross the business.
There should be a tree type effect, i.e. a front page with the most basic sales figure, i.e. monthly sales, sales by territory, sales by product group etc.
Then there should be monthly pages which allow for the input of individual orders from drop down lists of products. It should then be possible to assign a territory to these also.
Lists of products are available in excel or access.
There are 3 divisions to the company and so there would be 3 sets of monthly figures and within 2 of the divisions there are 5 territories to which sales should be assigned.
An automatic order number generator would be nice so and also the ability of multiple users to access and change the document would also be helpful, maybe an order entry form or something similar.

This would be networked on a windows 2000 server also running SBS 2000. We have PC's with a mixture of XP home and professional and windows 98
