Please can you advise of this email ASAP and I have said I will call the potential client back asap. We carrying out a job for a client that includes graphic web page design utilising Visio. The job was part completed by others against the client specific requirement that Visio must be the soft ware tool to use as it is validated for use on their secure systems. The work consists of reviewing and updating the existing Visio ‘pages’ consisting of a procurement manual for a council department and adding pages where required, then testing the viability of links etc. Upload of the completed package will be carried out by the Councils Dept’s in house team. It is estimated that there is no more than 10 man days work required to complete the project including mobilisation and progress meetings and handover meetings. It is requested that a cost proposal for lump sum to complete the project, based on 10 man days, and a day and hourly rate for additional works should the scheme go over the time estimate, are provided. A reply at your earliest convenience would be appreciated. Have you dealt with or worked in Visio before? ( [url removed, login to view]) If so, please can you provide some prices per hour ? I will obviously go to the meetings and handover... Please advise of previous experiance - Professionals Only Thanks
