Im not sure how to approach this just yet. So I'll spit out the details and you guys can tell me if I'm barking up the wrong tree. hopefully not wasting anyone's time here.
I recently got a prospective client who I need to pitch a project redesign. Almost a complete redesign from bottom to top. the current project runs on a software called Shopman and is a PHP shopping cart software running on a unix server.
We need to, not only redesign the look and feel, but a lot of the functionaliy as well. We can't seem to find adequate info about this software and also are not as quick in PHP as I would want to be to make this job profitable. Is there anyone out there that knows what this software is and can let me know the value of saving any of it at all, and would be intersted in helping propose and work on this project? I'll go more into details later after I get a response
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
