I just started an Export Mangement Company representing, managing and expanding sales for several U.S.A. manufacturers. I've created an Excel spreadsheet to place my orders for each of my customers. I use the vlookup command to retreive pricing, product descriptions, product code, case weight, case cube, etc... My problem is that I would like to have a program that can keep track of my customers orders, products ordered with the flexiblity of emailing proforma invoices and keeping track of all this data by creating reports. I've tried several different retail & Shareware programs but they all fall short of my needs. Spreadsheet attached.
