This is a totally complete software for transforming the 2d graphic to 3d graphic! what i need is a complete software solution which is function more powerfull than the virtual cover book that sold at [url removed, login to view] please have a look at the software and download the trial version and study the software. i really need exactly like the software. please only bid if you are capable doing the project the software can be developed using VB 6.0 and need to utilize directx to for rendering purpose.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

i am really surprise to get alot people bidding this project as previously the hits was really zero. however when i reposted it then alot bidders coming in.

but there are a big issues here about the budget constraint. i know there maybe some big company and single programmer are bidding this project however the bidding price was really-really unreasonable.

i am being honest the price bids are ranging from 300-40000 USD, and yet this

application are not new. i'm really sorry to tell you all that the budget are the main constraint here.

i really appreciate if all bidders can revise back all the budget.

i am very sure that you know whats going on with the price.
