Hello everyone, I want to develop a website where people will be able to upload their own videos. They also will be able to rate other videos and report abuse (in case people post porn or unrelated videos)
Each person will create their own profile on the website and have their own area where they can select their favorite videos, how many videos they have submited, etc...
Unlimited videos should be able to be posted and unlimited people should be able to view the videos. I have ideas of great design (since I'm a graphic designer) but I need a web developer for the rest of the website. I would pay (I won't be cheap but do not take advantage ;)) or I can accept a partner as well. If you accept projects doing the entire website including the design is fine with me as well I have some designs I like that I can share. I want to start ASAP
