The project is to design and develop an Access Database to perform client tracking and accounting at the CFRC. The tested application will use Access and Visual Basic 6.0.
Current Business Process
When parents contact the CFRC, the employee at the office writes down background information about the potential client on a paper [url removed, login to view] client information includes client identification, parent or guardian information, nature of client concerns, special school placements, services interested in, services previously received and are currently receiving from the CFRC. To find information about previous or existing clientsthey have to look through the paper files.
The CFRC cannot generate reports. They want reports to calculate money earned, discounted services or lost fees for each type of service offered every semester and annually. Also, the CFRC wants to generate mailing labels
