I want to be able to take my AOL Email Filing Cabinet then export it to a PFC file (which I can do in AOL) and then have a program written in Vb.net in Visual Basic to read the PFC file and dump it in a comma delimited file so that it can be imported into Excel. It must work for AOL 9.0. The ouput file should contain all emails in the PFC file and each record in the created comma delimited file should contain date of email, email address, email subject, and the email itelf. The program is not expected to handle attachments. The message text in the email does not have to be formatted, it can be straight text. The input will be an PFC file that has been exported from the AOL Filing Cabinet and the output will be a comma delimited file. I can supply an example PFC file to the programmer. To be coded totally in Visual Basic.
