A basic document control app is required. The app will most likely launch through a Visual Job Shop macro and thereafter combine several documents together. A basic structure to maintain various docs in PDF or any other format is required. Like a tree view where new categories can be assigned. Based on the macro a special job/quote number can be picked up and thereofore the correct docs will attach into a email or print or fax out to customer. I found out that macros and custom coding can be done in Visual Job Shop, i will help with this! The main thing is the app must be able to receive a instruction for the correct docs to attach.
