The purpose of the required Macro is to read, convert and organize text-based RealNetworks’ server log files into MS Excel workbooks, which in turn should be manipulated into Pivot Tables and Charts.
I have created a starting point Excel Macro (ImportLog) where the text-based input files are converted into Excel format and columns are detected.
I now need the macro to create multiple worksheets based on the mountpoint value of each record retrieved from the log files. In particular, the “esmas?? mountpoint generates so many records that it is impossible to fit them all into one worksheet. The macro must therefore create a separate workbook for all records containing the "esmas" mountpoint value, and split them into multiple worksheets based on intervals, such as per day or per week worksheets, whatever fits better.
For all other mountpoint values, a single workbook should suffice, where each worksheet contains only records stamped with a unique mountpoint value.
Once the workbooks have been created, I need to automate the creation of PivotTables for each worksheet. For the shared workbook, the PivotTable layout should be as follows:
Data = Bytes
Rows = Fecha
Columns = blank
For the ESMAS worksheets, the PivotTable layout should be as follows:
Data = bytes
Rows = hora
Columns = blank
Once the PivotTables have been created, I need to automate the creation of all the corresponding PivotCharts.

No separate exe files, please. I will be sharing this Macro with my own customers and do not want to raise concerns about safety, or installation questions.
