I need a function written in VB that returns the process ID of a program that has a REMOTE connection to the POP port (port 110). Basically this is to detect if an E-mail client is connecting to a website to download mail on the POP server. This function will be called many times per second, so it should not be slow. I tryed to use AllocateAndGetTcpExTableFromStack in "[url removed, login to view]" but this only works for Windows XP. This function must work for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.
The function may look like:
Sub DetectPort(Port as String)
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
All Windows (Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP).
