Make appointment calendar system like outlook using infragistics 5.1 schedule controls
We need to be able to make an appiontment with infragistics standard features like outlook and some basic changes
choose a patient to schedule from a db (this will be a small button to open dialog search for patients in our db)
choose a resource to be occupied the the appt, (drop down from db)
reason for the appt (drop down from db) with default appt times and color
reoccuring appts like infra has
checkin-checkout-no show which will change the appointment color these are like status of the appointment
multi person view (this is provided by shared calendars in infra, they have a good sample
various printouts of appts(infra has this already for you too)

once you see the samples and code from infra you will see they have done all of the work already we just need you to make some basic changes and tie it all together. attached is an image of the appt dialog we have no just so you can see what our scheduler does now and some of the things i talk about above
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
