Enclose is a sample dll project. However, there is a problem. The problem is after running a program that uses the dll, then if I try to make changes to it and compile the program, I get an error because the file is in use. What I need done is to modify the dll project so even after it ran, if I had to make changes to the dll, I can make the changes, recompile it but not get any errors. The code would probably be in the terminate event of the class. Currently, I have to restart the computer every time. That should not have to be done. Enclosed is 2 projects, the dll project and the project that uses the component. There is no changes to be made to the other project because I set it to nothing when its finished. Just release the component from memory so it can be changed.
## Deliverables
The completed project so when a program runs that uses the dll and it stops, a person can make changes to the dll and recompile it successfully without having to restart the computer.
