I need to use winsock to be able to download from https:// sites..
There is a working example with source code at [url removed, login to view] however it is incredibly difficult to understand.
I just need an example how to connect and download from a https:// site, without using any classes or anything. Basically I would like to be able to connect via socks4 proxies (there is a project with source included at [url removed, login to view] on how to connect to a server via socks4).
If you can provide an example how to download and post to a site via https via a proxy, that would be perfect (without using classes, just basic modules and subs)
The project listed above works, but I cannot figure out how to use a proxy for it.
A quick summary: I need a project that can connect via socks4 proxies to be able to connect, download, and post to https:// (SSLv2 or 3) websites using winsock and basic modules.
