This one is simple. All code needs to be in functions or classes etc so that this app can be used as a module in a larger app someday. A [url removed, login to view] 2005 app that will load a XML or TXT/CSV file containing domain names into a datagridview. Should be able to add and remove entries from this file within the app. For each of the given list of internet domain names, connect to some whois service and determine the expiration date of the domain. Remember, the WHOIS server used is different depending on the TLD. Here is a list of the REQUIRED TLDs this app MUST work with: (if the WHOIS for the TLD does not provide expiration, then skip it) .com .info .net .org .biz .us .mobi .tv .ws .name .cc .de .jp .be .at .[url removed, login to view] .[url removed, login to view] .cn .tw .jobs .eu .ms The datagridview then displays the domain name and the expiration date. Date should show in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy example: 06/24/2007 Should be able to sort datagridview by either the domain name or the expiration date (default is expiration date). If the expiration date is within the next 90 days, the background for that datagridview cell should be red to make it very clear this domain expiration is approaching. Best regards and happy bidding!
