Thanks for your interest in this project. We are a small software company, located in Belgium and we specialise mainly in dynamic website creation and programming (vb.net and java). We are always looking for hard and fast working freelancers with excellent technical skills and time to work for us. We develop most of the work in-house, but we are interested in working regularly with freelancers to speed up some projects. This project is a project that has had some problems (okay a lot of problems lately). The code is dirty, working is slow and it just won’t get finished. We are looking for someone to finish a small part of the application. Overview of the application: This piece of software is going to automate the lab work of a concrete company. Someone is going to put in tests and the idea is that it is possible to make reports in excel. This is already partially done (for 1 out of the 5 tests). Data needs to be extracted from the database (this is already written) and need to be exported to excel. The rest of the application is working for 90%. If this project goes well, we are certainly looking forward to working with you on the rest of this project (and the next projects). Please state your experience in vb.net (and if possible connecting vb.net with excel). I estimate this about 5 hours of work max for an experienced developer. In folow up projects this program needs to be rewritten partially, for better performance, bug fixed,...
