We need a tool/utility that will search Microsoft Outlook PST files for one or more keywords. After the search is complete, the utility automitically creates a new PST file corresponding to the original with only the matching messages and other items. For example: Given a list of keywords: basketball, Chicago, coach Original PST file: [url removed, login to view] (contains 100 msgs) Output PST file: [url removed, login to view] (contains 15 msgs) Only 15 messages matched one or more keywords and hence the output file only contains those 15 messages. The program allows the user to: 1. Add/Remove one or more pst files from a given folder into a listbox. 2. Allow entering of one or more keywords into a listbox. The user can save all the keywords in a text file (one keyword per line) and then have the utility import the keyword file for searching. 3. The User should be able to specify an output directory. 3. Once the PST file(s) and keywords have been loaded. The user presses the GO button and the program will search every message + attachment in all folders in all PST files for the keywords. 4. Once the search is complete, new PST files will be created in the output directory, containing messages and other items that have been found to have the keywords in them. 5. Keep in mind that the search must be performed across the - Headers: To: From: cc: bcc: Subject: - Body of the message - Attachments Also the program must be recursive, meaning nested messages etc. The program must be written in Visual Basic 5/6 or delphi (using Easy Mapi toolkit from [url removed, login to view]) (no .net please)
