POP Up / POP Under Ad Killer

Hi I am looking for a POP up/under window killer. The software must run in the background, and minimize to the system tray. It has to have set of options allowing the user to block pop ups from certain sites and domains. So by default it will block all pop ups but you can active certain sites. When a POP up is blocked, a small icon should flash, allowing the user to right click on the icon, and it will then show a list of POP UP’s block for that session. The user must then have an option to allow the POP UP/UNDER to appear, and if they allow it to appear they must be able to add this POP UP preferences. These being allowed once, allow this session or always allow from the site/domain. The program must work with IE, Netscape and must be AOL friendly. The software must also have a 20 day trail, which will allow the user to use the software limit free for the first 20 days, but can they enter an unlock code to give them the full version. The unlock code will be generated by their own Unique serial number, and a separate key generator must be provided to allow generation of the keys.
