proxy and multi server based program

i have started a project and need some 1 to finish it its a program using proxies and different servers this program retrieves information from the servers using proxies i cant seem to get it to go as fast as i want or to scroll through the different dervers and to get the information i want im using an array of 60 winsock an array of 60 timers have alot of coding done to the project i need a experience programmer to help me finish it and go faster

## Deliverables

1 i want the project fully completed and fully functional to retreive the data i want using proxies and servers. i want it to run fast as my friends programs which i will include if requested i will send both my program and his to compare to i have started the codes for it i want all data retrieved to be accurate it must run as good as a friends program or faster and as accurate at getting data back from http packet

it needs to run on windows operating system from 98 to xp
