The application should be written in VBA. Excel provides forms where the user enters information (text, buttons, checkboxes, etc). Based on this input, Excel puts together a few sentences. If this were for banking, the sentence might read "You spent $[url removed, login to view] on a Nirvana CD. Your available balance is now $399.84. You have exceeded your entertainment budget". Note: the topic is an example, not the same topic as mine. The sentence is actually written in 3 ways. (e.g., Your entertainment budget is maxed-out due to the $[url removed, login to view] purchase of a Nirvana CD...). The three summaries are then displayed. The release version will be shareware. Hence, it needs to show the other options that are not available until after registering (i.e., greying-out some of the Excel worksheet labels). It also needs to be packaged such that anyone can download it and easily it use it as an Excel add-in

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

Deadlines can be negotiated since the development will proceed in stages requiring communication between us.
