Simple USPS Address Verify Class

I am working on a database application for a small business and in it I need to be able to use USPS Web tools. I began writing a class library in which I would like completed. I would like a programmer who has already had experience using the USPS web tools. The program is in Visual Basic .NET 2003. I need 3 functions completed in the AddressInfo Class. Verify CityStateLookup ZipCodeLookup These functions simply have to make a WebRequest to the USPS tools dll, and retrieve and parse the XML for the data. I have attached the files that I began working on. Looking at them should give you a better idea of how exactly I will be using them. Any suggestions to how the Class Library could be more efficient would be appreciated. Also, I suggested in the program that if there is an error, that a new exception be thrown with the error message that the USPS returned. Suggestions for making this better would also be appreciated. Please include a variable somewhere that would make it very easy to switch this from the test server to the actual one. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
