You will be writing me a custom, full screen web browser, which needs to look similar to the attached browser:
It needs to be able to control the following devices:
Epson TM-T88 series receipt printer
-- Must be able to send signal to open cash drawer (27,112,0,48). You can contact epson for more information.
Logic Controls PD3000 serial pole display, Logic Controls PD2000 serial pole display, ([url removed, login to view]), and the Partner Tech 5220 ([url removed, login to view])
Must also be able to control the output pins on the parallel port.
The program will have no address bar or buttons, you will set all settings such as header logo, starting page, printer 1 (cash drawer open code), printer 2(cash drawer open code), printer 3 (cash drawer open code), printer 4(cash drawer open code), printer 5(cash drawer open code), pole display type, pole display port.
I will select printers from a list of printers installed in windows on the computer.
To get to the settings screen, I will press "SHIFT+INSERT+F9".
The program will read a frames website ([url removed, login to view]) and look for the following tags in the HTML/PHP code, then perform an action on the computer.

When the web browser sees this code, it will automatically print on the receipt printer (without prompting), and will not print anything but the text between the comments... in the above example it would print

This will display the message on the 2 line serial pole display. Remember, there are 20 characters max on the display, so you must limit the number of characters set to make sure it looks properly. You must send the signal to hide the cursor on the pole display.
This will send the open command on printer 1 to open the cash drawer with the installed code.

This will turn pin 3 on for 4 seconds.
