Streaming in VB

I want to have a vb app that will show a .wmv or any other common windows film files within a form on the app.

I would like it to have the common controls such as play / pause / ff / Rwind/ stop etc but i would like the controls to be able to be switched off or not displayed but controlled by a setting in the app.

I will provide an xml list of films that we will offer on our server. I would like an app that will take the feed and offer them as a list.

In the first instance i have one xml list but i may provide others so multiple xml lists must be supported.

When you click on the film name it shows the description of the film and some teaser images on another form.

Once you click on the view film link it will display the film in the form using media player controls.

When the film is streamed to the app i would like it to be saved locally in a folder and the next time they play the film it will be played from the local version

I like the look and feel of the layout of Napster application and i have included screen dumps of the type of look and feel i would like.

The gui is important but the workings are more important.

This is the begining of a larger project and will lead to much more work... but we need to see these bits working before we decide on our business model.

At this stage all we want to see are the above functions.

You may be required to work with our SQL server aswell

This project must be done in VB6.

Please post screenshots of GUI you have worked on as a goodlooking GUI is very important to us.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
