Features included are scheduled tasks, email notification and local storage compression. Server to server mirroring of data, web site repair mode, and web site watch mode allow for notification when data changes and quick resolution when things go wrong. Software is available as try before you buy (14-day trial) with real-time registration feature. Each task could be either backup, mirror, repair, watch or restore function. • Would like the user to be able to enable/disable passive FTP • Versions; 0 through 9999. 0 is no versions kept, only current. New versions are stored in versionXXXX folder. • Mirroring Mode will delete files from the local storage which do not exist on the remote server. If there is data in the storage location folder, it should prompt the user saying that the data may possibly be erased and require the user to type YES or NO depending on whether they want to use that folder or not. • Repair Mode will look at the local storage for the site and then repair any files on the remote server which are different. • Restore mode needs two options; over write existing files if present or delete the entire site content (from the start directory and any files / child directories) and then upload data from local storage to remote server. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Application will be tested on Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista. Ideally written in VB.NET or VB6, although other coding languages may be accepted, provided coder first obtains approval from buyer. Delivery must include source code, installer and instructions on how to compile.
