We need some modifications to our vtiger crm system:
1- When a sales order has been created, system should automatically generate a pdf and send it to the owner. (the last page of pdf will be deleted(term and conditon part))
2- In the sales order module when you press the "send pdf as attachment" you choose the contact email. But the system cant send it to that selected account or contact. It shows as it is sent.(dont give a warning)
3- There is a picklist in the calendar screen for choosing the users. the user with the less permissions shouldnt see the upper persons calendar. (you can make the picklist disappear for certain profiles)
4- we have two fields on the organization module called "Calistigi Depo" and "Depo Subesi", And also we have similar fields in Sales Order module and Invoice module. When creating or editing a sales order or invoice, when you choose the organization, the program should bring the two values in the organization module to here in the appropriate fields "Depo" and "Depo Subesi". But it should also let the user to be able to change this info. ( these fields are all picklists)
5- When creating a pdf for a sales order or invoice, there is a column for the product code. We want to change this column as "Depo Kodu". The program should look for the "Depo Adi", It can be the values from above. And we have appropriate fields in the products module called "Selcuk Urun Kodu", "Hedef Urun Kodu", ... The program should print out this value from the products module; under the column Depo kodu. If the value is empty then it should bring the barcode field...
6- When the user creates a new event, the end time is being set for 1 hour automatically. We want this duration to be 20 minutes
7- In the org and contact module there is a "locate map" button. when you press two values came. One is "Fatura Adresi", second is "Adres". We want to change these values as "Adrese Gore Bul" and "Isme Gore Bul"
8-- We want the limit the user so that he can only create a new meeting with the maximum start date one month later and one week back. for example we are now at 16/11/2013 the user can create a meetng with the start date between 09/11/2013 and 31/11/2013. when it is 01/12/2013 he can create a new meeting with the start date between 24/11/2013 to 31/12/2013. also for the repeating records.(the last repeating date can be the end of that month)
