I have an office program called "Touched by Magic" that I purchased in 1998. The owners went out of business a year or so later. Before they did, they assured me and others who had purchased their program that we had paid the fee to insure permanent rights to the program with no future licensing problems. On September 14, I began receiving notices that the program will expire on Sept 20 and it did. I can continue to use it by changing the system date each time I start the program. But this is an inconvenient way to work. I have enormous amounts of confidential data on this program and prefer to continue to use it rather than try to transfer it to another program. There is no way to reach the original owners that I know of.
Thank you for your interest.
