I'm looking for someone or a team who can build a news + ecommerce website with its CMS in a week. Please don't bid if you can not complete it within one week. I don't want to use existing open source CMS like drupal or wordpress because it tends to confuse the users. I want a user-friendly custom-built CMS. This is a pretty complex website, so I will prefer someone who has built this kind of website and can show it in their portfolio.
This is one website that has both news and ecommerce. It's NOT two websites.
The News Module:
* Back-end capabilities:
- Post, edit, delete news draft
- Post, edit, delete news
- News categories
- WYSIWYG editor + image upload (with watermarking capability)
- Able to select breaking news, and headline news
- Advertisement management
- Free and paid news. Any visitor can read the free news, but the paid news can only be read by member who already subscribed to that particular category.
- Subscribers management
* Front-end:
- Breaking news
- Headline news
- Show news per category
- Show custom ad-banners
- Member login and register (+ payment processing for subscribing)
The eCommerce Module:
The eCommerce module consists of two parts: a page selling physical products, and another page selling photos.
* Physical product store:
* Back-end:
- Add, edit, delete products (products price needs to be in 2 currency)
- Product categories
- View and manage transactions
- Payment processing
- Product sales report
* Front-end:
- Display top products
- Display products per category
- Member login and register (use same credentials as in the news)
- Shopping Cart
- Process checkout (credit card, paypal, manual transfer)
* Photo store:
* Back-end:
- Add, edit, delete photos (when the photo is uploaded read the photo metadata automatically and use it to fill the photo's information such as author, caption, etc.). One uploaded image needs to have 3 copies: the original image, one image resized (optimized for web) with watermark for display purpose, and one thumbnail with watermark.
- View and manage transactions
- Photo sales report
- Each photo needs to have 2 price: regular price and exclusive price
- Photo categories
* Front-end:
- Display top photos
- Display photos per category
- Member login and register (use same credentials as in the news)
- Shopping Cart
- Process checkout (credit card, paypal, manual transfer) --> able to download the original size image
There are other modules, but they're basically the same as the news module.
