I'm looking for Easy Mobile Recharge System. This will be two part: Desktop part: 1) Automatic Mobile Recharge System will be in Desktop Computer. recharge sim willbe connect withe Desktop via usb Siemens TC35i modem or wavecom Q 2406 2) Application should have 4-6 kind of user level. a) Admin b) wholesaler c) Reseller d) Distributor e) Retailer f)client (note: all user can access in web platform) 3) system can able to show statistic by search/check 4) Recharge Should done through AT Commands (via usb modem) 5) recharge report should be go through modem or sms gateway ( switchiing is posible for admin) 6) Software will be show real time position. (User on website/ Sending order/ etc) 7) Adding Mobile operator and connect with modem/Mobile. 8)Admin can disable the operator in desktop application and also on the website. 9)Admin can send maually AT commands like Checking sim balance, and sim activations. 10)Admin can connect any amount of modems like (32 ports, 64portsetc). 11)Recharge should be done within 2-5 seconds. 12)Admin can set the incoming server number and outgoing server number in modem via application. 13)Recharge software should have a option for sending reports like user balance, welcome messages, via SMS or E-mail (sms through modem or bulk sms API) (switching should be made possible for admin). 14)The software should have the ability to recharge mobile, DTH, postpaid, datacards and other sevices. 15)Recharge vouchers can be integrated by admin (Users can get the recharge voucher via sms). 16)All the web functions like balance enquiry, balance transfer, user creation, recharge, balance revert or roll back should be done by sms commands. Website part 1) Account creating ability by end user . Approval will be by Admin 2) recharge system database will connect with website (update whole system real-time) 3) When each user login in website User can be see their controlpanal by recharge system database. 4) user can change password and admin can all over. 5) User can see their Account balance 6) user just put Mobile number and amount and send 7) User can check their database ( date, Mobile number, amount) 8) Mobile Website for mobile use 9) android app and java app 10) Desktop app.. 11)Admin should have the ability to create 4-6 level users tree. 12)Admin can off the provider online. 13)Admin have to generate unlimited balance. 14)Admin and all other level users should have the option to set the margin. 15)Admin can block the users and give the validity and also block other features like (disable provider). 16)Admin can provide API for other recharge systemand he can integrate other recharge system API. 17)Admin and user can transfer the balance and should also be able to revert or roll back the balance from below level users. 18)Support module for recharge complaints. 19)Admin should have a feature to maually fail or success the recharge. 20)Online payment gateway integration. 21)Voucher module should have to be possible to access online. 22)Login and Profile system (Login system- users can login via mobile number their e-mail id or facebook connect.) (profile system-user can upload their profile photo and check their balance, check their validity, check their margin, message their top and below user levels, inbox system and change their password and pin.) 23)Users can sign up online but that user should have the option to select their levels and make possible for payments online. And if payment is not done admin can give approvel for that particular user. 24)Admin should have a feature to create different plans for level wise registration.
