Create a checkout modul for Prestashop - open to bidding

Your job is to create prestashop checkout module like this one: [login to view URL] or here as demo [login to view URL] The module must work correctly with our prestashop installation, version 1.5.6.0. The key features are: - Style and formatting as in the demo - Paypal express integrated directly under the shopping cart content overview section (PayPal customers does not have to go through the order form) - sliding sidebar with shopping cart content - option to activate and deactivate this sidebar - New user form with fields just as in demo - name, address, zip, city, country, phone - possibility to deactivate the shipping method section if only one shipping option is activated - Payment methods in Payment section should be visible right from the beginning of the checkout process (as in the demo). - At the end of the checkout page should be visible "order" button. Clicking on this button should be the last step of the checkout - the user should be transmitted on the "Thank you for your order" page or payment gateway according to the selected payment method. In the standard prestashop installation there is one step more (after selecting the payment method the user is transferred to the page where he needs to confirm his order) - this extra step we want to avoid. We are using bankwire, paypal, Sofortüberweisung and COD module for payment. In future we want to add further payment modules such as credit card. The checkout module must be capable to integrate different payment and shipping methods. More details can be discussed per chat.
