Re-Design of www.central-mosque.com in JOOMLA

Reposting this project because I didn't get anywhere with "smartlabsolution" with bad communication and no project updates etc. Project is for a site to be developed and desined in JOOMLA. I have simply recommended some extensions if you believe that there are better choices out there please feel free to let me know. I don’t want to run in “Legacy mode” and I don’t want to tie myself down i.e. I want to be able to upgrade to Joomla 1.7 whenever it is released!
