Edit Website

I have had a website made from another Freelancer and they offer the world and don't deliver. Please look at the attached file for full details before bidding and please not the payment terms. What I need:- • SSL of ALL the logged in items to secure the customer and instructors information. Also add SSL logo to the site. (We have bought this already) • Instructors profile page like the Onroad website and it can be updated by the admin with new instructors when needed. Add or edit the following • Modify the booking system. • Instructor log in with- • Admin log in with- • Student log in- • Remove the feedback on the side of the page and when a customer is sending us an email through the Contact Us page it must have a code like [login to view URL] as we don’t want to get junk mail. Please note after the last Freelancer I must insist there is only a small milestone payment and then NO payments until the project is finished and I see the site working in full. Also I need to have full options of editing and deleting all items. Also if you do a great job I'll be looking someone to assist us with other websites.
