Fix my Wordpress site & Make responsive

Hi All, I'm having some issues with a Wordpress template. I need this doing: 1. section for 'Latest Tours' images - restricted to height we choose: [login to view URL] - think it may be a 'Post Thumbnail' issue? 2. This also causes problems here: [login to view URL] 3. footer_custom - footer area we need to change to color: #720B0C 4. We need header to have same functionality as in this page: [login to view URL] (social media & change text/background of 'Call us' 5. Change 'Call us' background to color: #CC9000 6. Issue with 'Request Details' section css: [login to view URL] - we want it to have same look (no change in colour) as this page: [login to view URL] Please note - we did have this working as we wished previously. We had an issue with upgrading the template. Possibly it is an issue with one file only? Also - we need to make the 2 websites we have responsive. [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] - we need this to be part of your bid! - We do have an upgrade version of the template - Inkness Pro - this could be used to migrate - to make it responsive.
