Full Website Design / With Backend

We need a full website design with backend using the following template [login to view URL] You must incorporate a fully functional backend for easy updating. This is a Joomla template so there may be an admin panel, if so your job just became a little easier. You must incorporate all the editorial content to be provided by me. All social media links must be functional Live chat feature must be functional Within the "Showcase Area" I would like to replace that with a search engine that will allow them to find projects that they are interested in. I want to mine these projects from the following site [login to view URL] I would like something like a spider tool to either download the information from this site into our database or search this site when an inquiry is made and display the result in my site, but when a user click on the link it brings them to a page where they have two options Option 1 To have a rep from my company contact them with in regards to this opportunity Option 2 Pay fee (ie $1.99) to access the information instantly With either option I do not want the user to know where the information is coming from. The user should have the ability to select what state they want to run the search in. When the search results appear I want to have a transparent window pop up that will ask them to create an account using their facebook or twitter account. With every search made I want to be able to record the following information Key word searched State Company Name Email address Social Media I want all my News & Events post to automatically post to our Facebook , Twitter and Linkedin accounts.
