Homepage re-design & upload of webpages

We have a website for our flying school at www.flying-school.com. This website promotes Australian National Airline College (ANAC) located in Melbourne, Australia.
We have now combined with a flying school in San Diego USA (San Diego Flight Training International or SDFTI). Their website is [url removed, login to view]
The job we need done is:
1. A new homepage that allows visitors to select whether to enter the information for ANAC or SDFTI (for example "Train in Australia with ANAC" or "Train in San Diego, California with SDFTI"
If they select ANAC then they are taken to the current homepage/website that exists for [url removed, login to view] (so nothing more needs to be done for this side of the website)
if they choose SDFTI, they are taken to a number of webpages that we will upload from the SDFTI website.
So PLEASE NOTE: You DO NOT need to re-design a website as we will upload pages from [url removed, login to view] There will be some minor changes to buttons etc as outlined in the attached document.
I am also interested in having the whole site hosted by wordpress (current site is hosted on a different CMS)
