Invision Board Based site needs finishing touches

Hello, I'm re-posting this project due to a timewaster...
my site [url removed, login to view] has been left in a somewhat unfinished state by my last developer and needs a few small finishing touches as detailed below, pm me for any questions.

IPB ugrade to latest release
it's very important that this is done carefully in a way that doesnt affect our existing mods.
RSS
Create rss and feeds and add buttons for news, mixes, features and all front page content
Pages that need adding (Navigation is in place but commented out)
Menu Items:
Top level - home
Submenu "about us" (text & images) needs to be editable from IPB ACP
Submenu "contact us" (email form) needs to be editable from IPB ACP
Submenu "advertising" (text) needs to be editable from IPB ACP
Top level - dj mixes
Submenu "mix hosting" (text/holding page - pending hosting deal) needs to be editable from the invision board admin control panel.
Directory
This area is unfinished, it needs a front-end facility for users to submit their own links with descriptions with contact details, admin should be notified of new links in the ACP and all links should be approved or refused by admin before being added to the directory.
Link description/contact details fields need to be added… (only logged in users can view the contact details. Contact details are optional.
Each category has a “featured/sponsored” link at the top of the page which can include a small logo or graphic
Also needs “browse” and “add link” submenu items on navbar
Needs integration with IPB permissions system, only paid subscribers are allowed to submit links
Subscription Nag Page
Users who haven’t paid for a subscription should be confronted with a page explaining the benefits of subscription once per week. This page won’t let you past for 15 seconds.
