Joomla Template Modification

I'm looking for a designer for a quick simple job.
I have a joomla template running on my site that currently has a rather small fixed width. The job is to create 2 templates based on my current one with some changes for each:
New Template 1:
- Change width of template layout from a small fixed width to 90%. The navigation column is to stay the same width whilst the content column is to be stretchable. The template must retain the same nice visual appearance.
New Template 2:
- Change width of template layout from a small fixed width to another larger width suitable for 1024x800 and higher displays. The navigation column is to stay the same width whilst the content column is to be stretched. The template must retain the same nice visual appearance.
The current joomla template like all others contains a style css file, images and a index html file that incorroporates lots of details from the style css file. All images except for the header are flattened png files!
Maximum bid for this project is $30 US. It really should only take an hour or two to finish.
Winning bidder will be given access to the template folder of my current temporary joomla installation via ftp. The only files that can be edited by the designer are the template files. As this is a temporary installation, the designer will be able upload updated files to test out his/her work.
Once the work is confirmed that is the way we want it, we will arrange payment through gaf. Work has to be completed by Saturday the 16th of September 2006.

Sorry but $55 is feasible rate as 10% is the commission that we have to pay and rest $50 is required for such small job.
