I am looking for a web developer/designer to make some major changes to my existing website. My site is at [login to view URL] and is in .php format. I want to go after advertisers and that means adding and running their banners on my site. Ultimately, there should be a form so that I can upload the banners or you have to show me how to do this in HTML. I need to know how much this will cost me. If possible, I would also like someone in the Los Angeles or surrounding areas who can teach me HTML hands-on.

Your requirments including designing banners and a system to upload banners that will show them in preferred place. It is better to implement this as a template based system.
