Mambo Site Improvments, management and Banners

We have a Mambo site about 80% done. We need it completed. Looking for a person who is strong in Mambo, Linux, Banner design, graphics design and Good in English. This person will finish the site. Improve on it. Maintain it. There are 2 servers involved. One is the main site. It allows people to click on a funny movie and then the download of the movie comes from a large ftp service to keep the main server fast. We are looking for a person who would work full time for us on this project and other projects. Your bid needs to state how much you want to earn per day and per month. You would start out being paid per day. If you prove that you can handle our work and everyone is happy with the situation then you will be paid on a monthly basis with payment being sent every 2 weeks.
