Membership travel website completion needed

I have a membership website related to travel under development. It needs some additional coding in PHP and MySQL to complete it. The join/membership pages capture about 4 screens of personal and location/home information, some fixed checkboxes, some free form text including basics like name, address, email, etc. The "join as a member" and storage of that info in the DB is working. The login and change/update of information works. The join and pay by PayPal is working. I need the following done yet...: 1) non-member search function on a number of fields...perhaps country, city, state, possibly several other DB fields; non-member will not see email address or any personal information...non-member should get a "join now" link to the join/membership page displayed with the DB search results; in the event of dozens/100s of hits, I may want to limit display of results to 10 or 20...or redisplay search page with error/warning to narrow search due to too many hits; 2) same function for "logged in member" which will also show an "email an inquiry to this member" link...this email needs to be a "blind email" where the sender does not discover the recipient's email address until the recipient responds to the email directly to the other member...the original email arrives from the website as an inquiry including free form text entered by the searcher/sender...sending member needs member number/record ID stored in their record in a "list of inquiries sent" with date...recipient record should also show inquiries received by member number/record ID with date...I may want to limit members to 5 (10?) inquiry emails sent per day; 3) There is a referral page where a member can send a friendly web site generated note to an email address. I'd like that address captured in the sender's record so that they can get a referral discount on future annual membership fees. Not sure how to make this a secure but robust feature/advantage for the member as the member re-joining should not get the discount unless the referral became a member. Also don't want a referred member's email address to become a discount for anyone else. 4) Need ability for member to turn a DB field/flag on/off for "active" or "inactive" member so that searches show member's info but shows up as "inactive...email inquiry not available" for a logged in member; 5) I may want a graphic confirmation code entry on membership join page or search page as a robot/spam prevention; [...I need some admin password protected management tools...] 6) mass email capability using the email address DB field of all members; 7) web based DB inquiry capability such as "show all records sorted by country" or "show all records with membership expiring in less than 2 months" or "show all records with field xyz > 2" and probably a number of other searches/sorts. It would be nice to be able to have a flexible search/sort tool that can just list all fields and allow picking 1 or more to sort and subsort on; 8) nice feature would be automatic email to remind a member their membership will expire in 30 days, 15 days, 5 days (not sure if this sort of "cron" job can run from standard hosted web places...if not, then same capability to find/list/email all expirations >20 days and <40 days (or similar) and I could run it every 20 days manually via these web tools); 9) ability to edit member's DB information; 10) ability to keep member record when expired but not show up in searches by members or non-members....expired member should be able to log in to renew but not blind email inquiries to other members;
