Need quick Oscommerce (CreLoaded) db fix

Getting the following error everytime I try to Create account / checkout without account:

1062 - Duplicate entry '15' for key 1

insert into customers_info (customers_info_id, customers_info_number_of_logons, customers_info_date_account_created) values ('15', '0', now())

[TEP STOP]

It MUST be done in the next hour or two tho.
